WHY WATERPROOF A SHOWER!
A Shower Is a Wet Area -
tiles and grout are not waterproofing. Water migrates through grout lines, joints, corners and pe*******ons into the substrate beneath.

Without a correctly designed waterproofing system, trapped moisture can lead to:
• Damp and mould in adjoining rooms
• Debonding or lifting of tiles
• Deterioration of screeds and substrates
• Leakage through walls and floors
• Costly structural and finishing repairs

A properly waterproofed shower requires a continuous waterproof barrier beneath the finishes with particular attention to wall-to-floor junctions, corners, drains and pipe pe*******ons.
