Accountant cm Inventory Controller โ UAE
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant cm Inventory Controller to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain financial records, reconciliations, invoices, and payments
- Monitor receivables, payables, and expense tracking
- Manage inventory movements, stock accuracy, and warehouse transactions
- Verify GRNs, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and stock transfers
- Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams
- Generate MIS, inventory analysis, and operational reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally, or ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Reporting)
- Inventory management and stock control experience
- UAE VAT and accounting knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
Requirements:
* Bachelorโs Degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
* 1โ5 years of relevant experience
* Minimum 2 years UAE experience is mandatory
* Experience in trading, hardware, building materials, or construction industry preferred
* Immediate joiners preferred
