This mornings pickings post the rain yesterday. Welcome rain. Grateful for not getting the wind and storm expected. Peonies. Roses. Philadelphus mock orange. Smells amazing. This is for home this week to grace the dining table and bring joy to our family. Hope you have a good week, wherever you are 💚🌿

Spring update - The Garden on Grant…
This time two years ago we purchased our country garden, The Garden on Grant. We moved in a few days before Christmas and since then have focused on removing, renovating and rebuilding this beautiful but tired garden. I wandered the other night to the sounds of the birds and the Spring growth on the plants reminded me of what’s achievable. 100s of new plants have joined the chorus. We will be running private events and our next Designer Walks’ event in the coming months. We’ll release dates through our garden community and newsletter, Garden Whispers. Spring blooms… quiet abundance… scent…

Foxgloves. Philadelphus. Snapdragons. Calendula. Scented pelargonium. Forget me nots. Queen Anne’s Lace. Cottage garden favourites with a few other varieties in there. 💚🌿

Benalla is known as The Rose City but maybe it’s also known for locally grown flowers? The show exhibits are just beautiful and well worth a visit. The roses always have my heart 💚🌿
