Awesome work by Grant with Support from Strath Storm FNC - Huge impact on our local community.

Over the past few weeks, we have been sharing Grant’s journey as he set out to raise $20,000 in tickets sales for the Corvette for Cancer Raffle, all while continuing his own ongoing cancer treatment.

We hosted the Corvette and Bendigo Health staff last Saturday at our home game where our community came through in a massive way, with Grant selling $15,000 worth of tickets on the Saturday alone! An overwhelming response.

Last night at our training dinner, Grant, introduced by Bendigo Health’s Director of Fundraising – Shaun Spence, revealed his final tally, a whopping $37,100 raised in ticket sales alone, smashing the $20k target, and in doing so improving the lives of local people undergoing cancer treatment for years to come. He also revealed an extraordinary donation from a generous local cooperative of another $80,000!

Thank you to everyone who has bought a ticket and supported the cause and thank you Grant for inspiring us all. You are one of a kind.

A massive thanks also to Corvette for Cancer team for their support and assistance last weekend and throughout. The big draw is tomorrow night at the McKean McGregor Real Estate Gala Ball – good luck!
