Demo with BG at the saint gobain training facility in Clevedon

We were showing pure finish through the pro spray

Just went through setup, spraying method and clean down

The lads were really impressed and will be looking into getting the machines for a huge upcoming project

Today's job was an interesting one.

I got a call from Luke who had recently purchased a Pro Spray machine through one of our resellers, along with a mixing pump from another supplier. They were happy with the Pro Spray, but were struggling with the mixing pump as they'd been sold the machine without really being shown how to use it or troubleshoot any issues they might encounter on site.

I'd never actually used that particular mixing pump before.

After spending five minutes checking the controls and talking through a few setup and troubleshooting points, we soon had everything running as it should. The lads were surprised when I told them it was my first time using that machine.

To be fair, the setup wasn't helping them either. The machine came with just 10m of hose and a small barrel, which wasn't ideal for the type of job they were tackling. We'll be helping them get set up with some additional hose to make life a lot easier on future projects.

It highlights something we believe at Predator Machines: selling equipment is only half the job. Proper training, technical knowledge and ongoing support are what turn a machine into a successful investment.

Anyone can sell a machine. The real test is making sure the customer knows how to use it successfully when they get to site

The majority will have hiccups and issues and the first 1 or 2 jobs but my job is to be on the other end of the phone to help get going again

We'll be going through their Pro Spray machine in the coming weeks and helping them test different material brands to find the setup that works best for them.

Was then topped off with a great voice note on his new prospray and how happy he is with it

A machine is only as good as the training and support behind it.

Onsite with British Gypsum today in stoke on trent demoing the 110v Pro Spray with multi finish

Setup is quick and easy and took 5 minutes then went through spraying and the lads sprayed the room

They were really impressed and said that you actually get a flatter finish spraying than hand applied as well as they felt like they hadnt done alot of work as it takes out the hardest part of laying on
