Investing in the next generation of our industry 👏

Last week, some of our emerging team members from QTank and Barrier Systems had the opportunity to attend the industry Rotomoulding Masterclass in Brisbane.

Being early in their careers, it was a great opportunity to step outside the day-to-day and build foundational knowledge and practical skills, learning directly from highly experienced industry experts and suppliers.

For us, growing our businesses isn’t just about investing in new products, equipment and facilities — it’s also about investing in our people and giving them opportunities to learn, develop and build careers within our industry.

About the Role

- Operate machines to manufacture water tanks
- Check product quality to meet Australian Standards
- Use forklifts and cranes (training available)
- Assist with machine set-ups and mould changes
- Help keep the workplace clean and safe

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Comfortable using tools and solving problems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
