Looking back at another great project for Fife Capital and Stockland.

Designed by TaylorEllis, the project features a PrixCar Services warehouse, logistics and storage facility, a Dutt Transport warehouse, and a Freight Assist logistics facility, together spanning an impressive 92,415sqm on a 144,322sqm site.

And a fun fact - this site now facilitates a large proportion of new car arrivals into Brisbane.

The only way is up! Our tower crane is officially in place at The Evelyn Mt Ommaney for valued client Aura Holdings, marking a major milestone as we move skyward.

Set alongside McLeod Country Golf Club, this two-stage retirement living community, will see us deliver 110 apartments and 16 townhouses, complete with a pool, gym, games areas and lounges. With accessibility and aging-in-place at the heart of the design, The Evelyn will provide a safe, vibrant, and inclusive community for residents to call home.

Did you hear the news? We’ve recently completed our first project for Community Housing Limited at Booval almost two months ahead of schedule!

Led by Community Housing Limited in partnership with the Queensland Government, the project provides 43 homes for women and families in need of safe, stable social housing.

Delivered in collaboration with KO&CO Architecture, the apartments have been thoughtfully designed to meet a mix of silver and gold Social Housing Design Guidelines, complemented by communal spaces and gardens for residents to enjoy.

This milestone strengthens our growing contribution to the sector, with more than 1,000 social and affordable housing apartments delivered or underway across South East Queensland - reinforcing our position as one of Queensland’s most active builders in this space.

What a journey the last 30 years has been! Milestones like these aren’t just about the years – they’re about the people who’ve shaped our story.

Recently, we celebrated our McNab legends at our memorable 20+ Years of Service Dinner hosted at Michael McNab’s home. We were especially proud to welcome Emma Rettke and Darryl Cundy to this esteemed club.

This year each member was presented a custom McNab baggy green cap. Much like the legendary baggy greens of cricket this cap represents a badge of honour to celebrate over 20 years of dedication and achievement. This tradition of recognising commitment will continue with every new member.

Thank you to new entrants Emma, Darryl, our 20+ year legends and everyone who continues to build on our legacy.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming our purchasers, consultants and project partners onsite at Elements Budds Beach to mark a significant milestone, the completion of the basement raft slab pour.

The team also hosted our cadets on site, giving them a firsthand look at the scale, precision, and teamwork involved in delivering a project of this magnitude. Their curiosity and enthusiasm reminded us why sharing knowledge and experience with our next generation of construction professionals is so important.

We’re excited to share our recently completed project in Morningside for FIFE Capital, delivered in partnership with Hale.

Cityport is a state of the art 19,530sqm cold storage facility and now one of the largest speculative cold storage developments in the tightly held Trade Coast precinct. This project will support Queensland’s cold-store logistics, and accommodates three tenancies, each with a 50/50 freezer and chiller split, integrated offices, advanced refrigeration technology, and 28 dock levellers to support high-volume operations.

A huge thanks to FIFE Capital for giving us the opportunity to bring their vision to life.

We’re proud to announce the completion of our first project with Surf Life Saving Queensland at Mermaid Beach.

The new facility combines the State Operations and Communications Centre (SOCC), a workshop for Thundercat inflatable rescue boats, and offices and staff headquarters – all designed to boost efficiency and support lifesaving operations across Queensland.

We’re pleased to have delivered a facility that will support lifesaving operations across Queensland for years to come.

PROJECT WIN l Our Toowoomba team is excited to kick off works on the new St Francis Catholic College Westbrook for Toowoomba Catholic Schools.

Designed by Hayball, the Prep - Year 12 college will provide multiple contemporary learning buildings spanning 9,000 sqm across a 20-acre site, along with two sports ovals, car parking, driveway and council road.

Following the success of our award-winning Catholic school refurbishment in 2025, we’re excited to bring another quality-focused learning environment to life for students of all ages.

We selected ModnPods because they’ve built an outstanding business delivering high-quality modular homes across single dwellings, duplexes and terrace housing, supported by strong manufacturing capability and a highly capable team.

For McNab, this complements our traditional building model, creating additional capability to respond to different project requirements and ultimately deliver more homes, faster.

We see enormous potential in this partnership to continue supporting ModnPods existing markets while also helping deliver new medium-rise social and affordable housing, build-to-rent and residential projects across South East Queensland.

McNab joins QIC, the Arc31 family office of Cathie Reid AM and Stuart Giles, alongside ModnPods founder John Christie and the broader ModnPods leadership team as investors in the business.
