LOOKING FOR LOCAL MANUFACTURING PARTNERS!

The core product of Natural Fibre Board is a plant-fibre structural core. It can be used for doors, composite panels, partition wall systems, furniture, flooring, and other building products that require green materials, lightweight structure, stability, acoustic performance, thermal performance and durability.

Compared with traditional foam cores, honeycomb cores or standard filling materials, our core is more solid and provides stronger structural support. It also offers moisture resistance, mould resistance, termite resistance and zero formaldehyde.

It can be bonded with MDF, OSB, plywood, fibreglass door skins, metal sheets, or most common surface materials on the market.

We are looking to work with local factories that have relevant manufacturing experience, such as door manufacturers, composite panel manufacturers, SIP / sandwich panel producers, modular construction or partition wall system manufacturers, and other companies with experience in bonding, pressing, door panels or building panel production.

The cooperation model is simple:

We provide the plant-fibre core and technical support, while our local partner completes the bonding, processing and finished product manufacturing in their own market.

Depending on the region and cooperation model, we are also open to discussing exclusive regional partnerships to protect the local partner’s market development.

Our NFB Quiet Door System received strong interest at Sydney Build Expo.

This door is not just about the surface design — the real focus is the internal structure and the full sealing system.

It uses our NFB natural fibre structural core, combined with a magnetic sealing system and a bottom automatic drop seal. When the door is closed, the system creates a more complete seal and helps reduce sound leakage through door gaps.

Sydney Build Expo has officially wrapped up.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stand, asked questions, and took the time to learn more about NFB.

This time, we showcased our Natural Fibre Board system — including the natural fibre structural core, panel applications, and door systems.

It was great to see strong interest in lightweight materials, acoustic performance, modular panel systems, and more practical installation solutions.
