We are looking for a dynamic person to fill our internal sales role! The position is full time but we may be able to be adjust that for the right person. It can be a fast paced role, meaning you will need to be able to constantly prioritise your time. Some of the tasks you will be given are:
Sales order entry and preparation of quotes and estimations
Handling customer service and sales enquiries from internal and external customers
Providing administration and customer service support to the sales team.
Advise of stock availability and product delivery
Follow up on all quotes and estimates given to customers and advise on promotions when necessary
General Administrative Duties
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales role where you have supported a busy sales and operations team. Previous experience in preparing quotes and estimates is highly desirable.
You will have clear written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to interact and build relationships with people on all levels. Have basic computer operation skills including being competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel. Being able to roll with the punches and pick up new tasks quickly will see you succeed!
Remuneration will be commensurate to industry knowledge and experience and we include a happy, fun and friendly work environment.
Please note this is a permanent role, no backpackers please.
