A welding torch is part of a production system. Its performance can influence consumable life, downtime, rework, gas use and operator efficiency.

So when you’re assessing a welding solution, ask:

❓ How long are consumables lasting?
❓ How often are components being changed?
❓ Is downtime linked to the torch or wire feeding?
❓ Are weld defects creating rework?
❓ Is the torch suited to the welding position and application?

The goal shouldn't be to simply spend less on equipment, but to create a welding process that delivers reliable, efficient results at the lowest practical operating cost.
