The Big Boss was in the bailer today while the Apprentice was on a mission to the other side of Melbourne. 👍🛣

Just over 5minutes for the bailer to square up a car, some panels a few sheets of roofing iron and loaded into the back of the semi tipper to find its way off to the big guys in Melbourne to be shredded. ⏰️💯

Admittedly the Boss hasn't quite got the Midas touch when operating the bailer like the Apprentice does. Cause once that bailed up block of crushed up steel hit the floor of the tipper, the bailer blew a hydraulic hose. 😳‼️

I reckon you'll find the Boss band from operating the Apprentices bailer once he finds about it and be demoted and designated to labouring! 🤔🚫

Today we lost our teenager.
We lost him forever.
Something we will never be witness to again.
But, in return we gained a man.
A wonderful man whom we am so ever proud of.
A man full of compassion and empathy.
A man who is intelligent, bright and extremely resourceful.
A man who at his age, has achieved so much and learnt so much in such a small amount of time.
A man who has wonderful qualities that makes a mother so very chuffed.
An infant baby that would never sleep.
A marvellous toddler that was curious and always smiling.
A young child that was ever so helpful and fun loving.
An older child that was full of love, respect and joy.
A young teenager eager to help everyone he met.
An older teenager that was full of naughty, mischievous, hilarious, adventures and experiences.
To a man that is fully capable, reliable, resilient, thoughtful and full of love.
You will always be our baby no matter how old you are. or how grown up you become.
You have become a strength to be reckoned with.
Stood up and taken charge when called upon.
Shown leadership qualities well beyond your years.
Took on responsibilities of a seasoned professional.
And developing into a trusted and observant businessman who has helped carry the family in times of need,
Stepped up when needed, and made decisions that benefited all involved.
You have proven yourself to be more than just a son and an employee.
