Why every farm should have its own weather station 🌧🌤

Weather can change dramatically from one paddock to the next.
One side of the property gets a solid 8 mm while the other gets nothing. Wind picks up just as you’re about to spray. Temperature drops and frost risk appears overnight. Heat index climbs and stock start feeling it.

Busy week down in Mildura 🌳 — out on the citrus and pistachio orchards, boots on the ground and probes in the dirt.

Pistachios are a patient grower's crop.
They take their time to come into full production, they're fussy about salinity, and they'll punish you for getting the water wrong — too much and you're inviting root problems, too little through nut fill and you feel it at harvest. Get the moisture right down the profile and the trees reward you with deeper roots, a bigger water buffer, and consistent, quality nuts season after season.
