Every project has a story, and this one marks an exciting new chapter for Kathryn and Roger ☀️

After moving back from England, they’ve chosen the beautiful Lockyer Valley as the place to create their new home and lifestyle.

Their 212m² custom shed was designed to suit the way they want to enjoy their property, with space for projects, hobbies and everything in between.

We can’t wait to return once the solar and tank install is complete and share the finished setup 💪

Bull has been part of the R&F team for more than five years, and if you've had a shed built by us recently, there's a good chance he's had a hand in bringing it to life.

When FarmFest gets busy, everyone pitches in.

The first photo captured a moment many visitors probably didn’t notice — Ryan jumping in to help the team, taking down details and chatting through upcoming projects.

Many people know Ryan as one of the founders of R & F Steel Buildings. What some may not know is that he also runs a lucerne farm on the Darling Downs. It’s one of the reasons rural projects have always been close to home for us.

From machinery sheds and workshops to hay storage and fertiliser bunkers, Ryan understands these buildings from both sides of the fence — not just as a builder, but as someone who relies on them every day.

As R & F has grown across Queensland, one thing hasn’t changed. Every location is owned and operated by locals who take the time to listen, understand what customers need and help find the right solution for their property.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat during FarmFest. We enjoyed catching up with familiar faces, meeting plenty of new ones, and hearing about the exciting projects you’ve got planned.
