Same Page Render is continuing to grow, and we’re looking to bring the right people into the team as we move further into a strong pipeline of work across commercial, residential, and high-end design & build projects throughout the Northern Rivers and surrounding areas.

Our projects currently include:
• EPS & Hebel cladding systems
• Cement & acrylic render and texture systems
• Venetian plastering
• Microcement finishes
• Waterproofing associated with our coating systems

Current positions available:
• Renderers
• Painters
• Labourers
• Apprentices
• Project Coordinators
• Administration

Full-time & casual positions available.

We’re not necessarily looking for “perfect resumes” — we’re looking for good people with strong attitudes, work ethic, reliability, and pride in what they do.

Experience is not essential; however, relevant experience, organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within time-critical wet trade environments will significantly increase your consideration.

At Same Page Render, organisation and timing are everything. The quality of our work relies heavily on preparation, communication, consistency, and team accountability.

A strong focus on health, fitness, and personal discipline is also a huge bonus. We work in physically demanding environments and value people who look after themselves, bring good energy to the team, and take their future seriously.
