With all this amazing rain we've been fortunate enough to receive, the paddocks are finally getting a much-needed drink! 🌱🙌

But with the rain comes the challenge of keeping our horses and cattle away from those low-lying, boggy areas and slippery spots. And we all know they've got a knack for finding exactly where they're not supposed to be! 😂🐄🐴

Whether you're setting up a temporary electric fence, dividing paddocks or fixing up an existing one, we've got plenty of supplies in-store to help get the job done!

⚡Electric fencing supplies available:
- Hot wire tape in various types and lengths
- Plain fencing wire if tape isn't your thing!
- Electric fence handles (because nobody likes an unexpected zap! ⚡😂)
- Solar-powered fence energisers – 3km, 5km and 10km
- Star picket post insulators
- End strainers
- Star picket post cap insulators for added safety
- Star pickets

Pop in and see us for all your electric fencing needs! 🐄🐴🔨

| Pie Creek ☀️

Sunshine, blue skies and plenty of rock to keep us busy on this one!

We were out at Bellagrove Estate, Pie Creek, on a Nutrend Homes site, digging out the underslab for the team at Deano's Plumbing Qld

With machines ranging from 1.7T, 3.5T, 5T, 8T right through to 14T, we’ve got the gear to suit jobs big and small.

Always good working alongside other great local businesses and watching another home start to come together.

“That’s a nice boulder.” 🪨😂

Just when you think it’s going to be a straightforward dig… Chatsworth has other ideas!

A bit of rock never stopped us though, just another day playing in the dirt and getting it done!

Another load of hardwood timber has arrived!

We've stocked up on hardwood posts, sleepers and rails, ready for all those fencing projects and jobs around the property! 🔨

| Chatsworth 🚜

The sales rep must love seeing us coming! 😂

A few Kubotas getting a workout at Chatsworth, digging footings and piers for the team at Alternative Homes.

Always good to have the right machines for the job and another local house site underway! 💪

⛈️ A Welcome Sight! 🌧️

How good was it to see a bit of rain roll through on Wednesday afternoon! 🌧️🙌

It's been pretty dry around Gympie and the surrounding areas lately, so we're sure plenty of people were happy to see those storm clouds rolling in!

We're just hoping Mother Nature knows when to stop… enough to green things up, settle the dust and fill the tanks, but not quite enough to turn all our job sites into mud pits! 😂

Here's hoping there's a bit more on the way… preferably after knock-off time though! 🤞

☀️ Long Weekend Fun | 🏕️🍻

The Porter’s families made the most of the long weekend with a little getaway to Wide Bay Getaway Glamping Bush Camp!

A great weekend spent with family, making memories, enjoying a few cold ones and some much-needed downtime! 🍻

Back to reality now… but with Christmas just around the corner, hopefully it won't be too long until the next little getaway! 🎄😂

Speaking of Christmas, now's the time to get stuck into those jobs around home before the silly season sneaks up on us! If you've got a few projects on the to-do list, pop in and see us for all your timber, fencing supplies and hardware! 🪵🔨

Porter’s made it to the NT! ☀️

The hat’s getting a few kilometres on it!

Where will one turn up next? 👀

| Nahrunda, 4570

Sometimes you’ve just gotta call in the big guns! 💪

We headed out to Nahrunda for the team at Lorensen Waste Water, and it didn’t take long to find out what we were dealing with… rock, rock and more rock. 🪨😅

Always good to work alongside another local business and help get the job done. Thanks to the team at Lorensen Waste Water for getting us out there!
