We've been getting a fair few questions on the fixing pattern on double and triple layer .

Builders have been asking for proof of fixing on every layer on:
-butt joints
-on rebates
-externals and internals
-intermediate fixing

Zoom in and have a close look at what is asked for 3 layers of fire rated board.

This has been a tested system and documented in the Siniat Australia by Etex Blueprint Lightweight Construction Manual.

We will be showing you in yhe coming weeks systems that have been tested and a diagram to show what is required to keep you up to speed.

Siniat Australia by Etex metal delivered to the CBD.

We've got 5 levels of quality lightweight construction products throughout.

We are also working in with Fletcher Insulation with their partition batts and with ICCONS fasteners to complete a solid seismic design.

We have an in house Siniat engineering team to help with seismic solutions and to re design walls and ceilings to suit site specific performance.

It's the middle of the year already.
The first half of the year has past by very quickly.

Now it's time to do a stocktake and get everything ticked off!!

We will be closed from 9am onwards tomorrow, so any last minute pick-ups we will be able to assist before then and back open at 6am Wednesday.

We have recently been apart of helping commercial contractors selecting the best fire rated systems with
Promat.

Fire protective boards are an essential part of the fire safety of a building. They can be used for example to protect structures (steel, concrete, timber and composite), create fire compartmentation and for ducts that control the heat and smoke during a fire.

Promat boards are fully tested by independent accredited institutes are non-combustible and have the longest durability according to the most severe standards.

It will be blending in with a mix of brick work and rendered columns along an east and west wall.
