We are hiring!! Full-time Sheet Metal Fabricator

Spartan Doors is looking for a Full-Time Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our expanding team! Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with metal/welding OR have started a TAFE certificate that includes training in welding. As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be involved in the production of metal door frames used in commercial and industrial applications.

What Will I Be Doing?
Your daily tasks will include:
- Working with materials such as stainless steel, Colorbond, Zincanneal and Galvabond.
- Using CNC Plasma, CNC Press Brake and other sheet metal fabrication machinery.
- Mig welding, grinding and operating other hand tools

How Long Is Work?
The work days are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday 7 am to 3.30 pm,
- Friday 6 am to 12 pm.

Opportunity:
The Sales Trainee role is intended to provide intensive sales experience to a recent high school leaver to build basic skills required for a career in Sales. The Trainee will complete a Certificate IV in Business. You will be given paid leave to attend tafe course requirements as required for the duration of the Traineeship.

Job Description:
The Sales Trainee will ensure that sales projects are executed properly, under the guidance and supervision of senior sales team members.

Main duties/Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire proactive sales process including lead qualification, submission of tenders, management of all approved quotes, customer follow up and project management on successful tenders.

- Communicate with clients to obtain project details.

- Follow up on approved projects.

- Manage inbound sales inquiries over the phone or email.

- Attend scheduled meetings to assess the result of sales and decide on action plans to meet the sales objectives.

- Manage project information from the Netsuite CRM platform.
Identify clients deserving of a discount.

- Ensure the implementation, ex*****on, and continuous improvement of the customer services program.

- Follow up on complaints, or problems that arise regarding products; and ensure that they are reported to management.
