The Garden Tap Nursery, situated in historical Piper Street Kyneton, has been established since 2011 and is recently under new Management. We specialises in rare and unusual plants, amongst other garden classics.
Our shop stocks indoor plants, an array of pots, gardening tools, seeds, seedlings, potting mix, fertilisers, garden nutrients and other quality garden supplies. From espaliered fruit, bare rooted plants, or perennials -there’s always something interesting to discover along with the changing of the seasons.
We have an extremely knowledgeable Horticulturalist, Wendy on hand, whom is ready to give the best advice to you about what will not only survive in your garden, but thrive! Mary, the new owner is passionate about plants and will offer you exceptional, reliable service with wit and charm. She is always happy to source that special plant, tree or order for your garden. Free local delivery is included should you wish.
Our accommodation on offer is The Garden House, located right on Piper Street, a stones throw away from cafes, bars, homeware stores, boutiques and one weekend a month a local market to delight in. A short drive away is Victoria’s Central Wine region and the rest of the Macedon Ranges to explore. Our intimate and immaculate 3 bedroom house is complete with a sunny courtyard backing onto the Nursery, and is perfect for families, groups or couples.
