Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Respond to inquiries about masonry services, quotes, timelines, and materials
• Schedule consultations and coordinate with project managers
• Maintain customer records and update job progress
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Follow up with client’s post-project to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service (construction or masonry experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, scheduling tools and software programs
• A professional, positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
