5.5 ton Holddown Bolt Cages loaded up for delivery 🚚
Manufactured at AFI, each cage features an arrangement of 30 M80 x 4m bolts. Destined for the HumeLink West Transmission Line project in NSW. Fabricated in Grade 8.8 bolts spec to IZS coating, for demanding, heavy-duty installation.

This build for the HumeLink West transmission line project in NSW featured large-scale cages using M80-6 x 4025mm bolts in Grade 8.8, finished with a 100μm Inorganic Zinc Silicate (IZS) coating for long-term durability. Each bolt tipped the scales at 150kg, contributing to a total cage weight of approximately 5,500kg.

Allfasteners was selected for this project based on our proven ability to guarantee quality, meet critical lead times, and handle complex, heavy-duty requirements with confidence.

Proud to be part of Kick for Charity 2026. Allfasteners is grateful for the opportunity to support such an incredible cause and give back to the community.
