The Agnitek team successfully conducted a fire test to certify fire-stopping solutions for AC bundles installed in fire-rated plasterboard ceiling ( up to 60/60/60).

The -Wrap 50 protection system can be applied to the following :

✅ up to 3 x FR/PE pair coils + up to 3 condensate pipes + up to 3 TPS cables.

Presenting new AGNI-Sleeve range of systems tested and certified in ComFlor (80mm trapezoidal decking with 70mm topping).

The compliance evidence support:

At Agnitek, we've been focused on improving , and we believe the results are 100% worth the effort.

Let’s revisit where we started and explore the installation principles of the systems we've developed for FR plasterboard walls today.

Our initial design, the now-obsolete M-Wrap system, is shown in the 3D image below.

The current design of AGNI-Wrap 50 systems has:

✅ 10mm of AGNI-Wrap 50 outside and 40mm inside,

✅ no AGNI-Clips or AGNI-Straps required.

If you are looking for a fire-stopping system to protect a PEX pipe or pipes installed in a fire-rated plasterboard ceiling with an FRR of up to 60/60/60, we can help.

AGNI-System AP-090 is a fire-rated solution with an application range of up to DN40mm PEX pipes.

🔐To complete the installation you’ll need:

✅ AGNI-Wrap 50,

✅ AGNI-Seal,

✅ AGNI-Strap,

✅ AGNI-Clips.

We’re excited to announce that the Agnitek team has successfully tested and certified a new, improved design for fire-stopping PVC-U pipes installed in concrete floors and ceilings.

Why is this new improved design better?

✅ It’s the first fire-stopping system to achieve an FRR of -/360/360.

✅ No need for AGNI-Clips or AGNI-Straps.

✅ This AGNI-System AP-109 covers PVC-U pipes up to DN100mm (the

same installation principal for all diameters).

✅ It is installed asymmetrically and requires installation from Above only.

✅ No access from Below is required to complete this fire-stopping install.

✅ Only two AGNI-Products are required: AGNI-Sleeve and AGNI-Seal.
