We conduct fully independent building inspections for pre-purchase (domestic & commercial), handover from builder to owner on brand new dwellings, dilapidation and defect inspections. We provide a detailed Building Inspection Report complete with photographic evidence together with a follow up service with our Building Inspection Consultant providing clarification on any aspect of the Report shoul

d you require. Building Inspection Reports will comment on Major Defects and Safety Hazards found in:

Building Interior
Building Exterior
Roof Exterior
Roof Interior
The Site
The Subfloor
Outhouse / Shed / Garage

Reports will also make comment on observations made in regards to services including electrical, smoke alarms, plumbing, gas, phone and hot water as applicable, aswell as any specific items requested from Client in compliance with AS4349.1
