What an incredible Women’s Wellness Day! 💕✨
The day was filled with movement, connection and self-care, starting with a revitalising Mat Pilates session with Tess that helped us stretch, strengthen and reset. We then turned up the energy with a fun and empowering Jungle Body Dance class lead by Joanna, filled with laughter, great music and plenty of feel-good vibes. To finish, we slowed things down with a beautiful guided meditation from Sherrill, leaving everyone feeling calm, refreshed and recharged.
A wonderful reminder of the importance of taking time for ourselves, nurturing our wellbeing and connecting with other amazing women. Here’s to prioritising health, happiness and wellness—one step, stretch and dance at a time!
