So far, this is the largest and most challenging pergola we have built. It has three levels: the top level consists of three louvred pergolas and several curved fixed pergolas, while the first and second levels are made up of multiple curved fixed pergolas. The greatest challenge was that there was not a single supporting column; the pergolas are secured to each level’s concrete slab using chemical anchors.

This is what we call the flyover method of installing a pergola. It sits above the roof, with brackets attached underneath the roof onto the rafters.

This project features our latest sunroom system. Compared to the previous model, the profiles are slimmer and give a more modern appearance. According to the client’s requirements, the gum tree in the yard drops large branches. To address this, the first row of the roof uses aluminium interlocking panels to resist falling branches, while the subsequent two rows are made of tempered laminated glass to ensure natural light indoors. A small creek runs outside the backyard wall, attracting many mosquitoes in summer. We installed roller blinds and aluminium panels to effectively prevent and control insects.

One pergola is in the atrium, and another is installed in the backyard. The phone booth in the backyard appears to be historic.
