Zero Damage
The TyneLoader ensures product will never come in contact with the container wall during ingress and egress. The Tynecat’s unique automatic steering and load position feedback eliminates damage occurring to freight from bumping against the container walls as the load is kept central in the container. One company who changed their container loading strategy to using the Tynecat reduced
their damaged plasterboard due to transit from 16% to less than 1%. Zero Injury
The TyneLoader loading system means only a single operator is required from the safety of a forklift, outside the confines of the container. When using TyneLoader, no person will ever need to enter a container with a live load again. The reduction of personnel in loading areas and the removal of manual handling of freight means significant hazard reduction and control regarding injury and accidents during the entire freight handling process. Maximum Density
Use of the TyneLoader allows 360-degree access to freight when preparing the product to be packed into the container. Combine the use of a TyneLoader container loader with the Rotator Stacker or TyneLoader Rotator to maximise the container space utilised. The TyneLoader can position a 15m long load into a container 20mm from each container wall ensuring all available space inside the container is utilised. Single Shot in 10 Minutes
Using the TyneLoader, a container can be packed by one single operator in less than 10 minutes. That includes container set down, placing the load on the loading platform and the stuffing (or de-stuffing) of the freight into the container. Reducing the loading times and resources will save on labour, asset idle and volume of freight that can be moved per square meter of space.
