Over the weekend we lost one of BAR’s founding members - Nigel - otherwise known as the “A” in BAR. For those who were with us in our earlier years they would know what a consequential force Nigel was in our establishment as a company.

More importantly though, we fondly remember and appreciate the joy he brought so many of us over years that extend even before BAR. His sonorous baritone rings richly in our minds even now.

🚨 Stronger Flood Protection for Warren Shire 🚨

Warren Shire Council has boosted its flood defenses with 40 x BE 4” diesel trash pumps from Bar Group.

These tough, self-priming pumps will be strategically placed along the levee bank, ready to protect the community during severe rain events.

This upgrade is part of the $7.1M Levee Bank Rehabilitation & Riverbank Armouring Project, jointly funded by all levels of government.
