Our latest job was a rebed and point of the ridge capping and clear the extremely blocked valleys and gutters causing water ingress.
The ridges here were just sitting loose and benefit from being rebedded and pointed to prevent blowing away in the fast approaching storm season. Not to mention how much better it looks.
