π’ She's finally coming home.
The MV Steve Irwin β the legendary eco-battleship that directly saved over 6,000 whales during 18 campaigns across the world's oceans β was almost lost forever. Slated for scrapping, she was rescued by the incredible Kerrie Goodall and the Ship4Good MV Steve Irwin Not for Profitteam, who've spent years restoring her and registering her as Australia's first historic museum ship of the ecological war.
We're incredibly proud to have played a small part in her journey β supplying OneDeck composite decking for the deck where the tender sits. Australian-made, built to last, on a ship built to protect our oceans. It felt right. π¦πΊ
