We are thrilled to announce that the enzie Helical Stair has been awarded with two 2024 Australian Good Design Awards!

This year, enzie celebrates 50 years of designing and manufacturing spiral and helical staircases right here in Melbourne. We are honoured to have our innovative, modular helical staircase design recognised with two Good Design ticks in the Product Design and Engineering categories.

Designed by enzie founder , its clean sculptured lines and lightweight open design have made it a classic.
Finishes include powder coated steel and stainless steel with optional timber overlays.

The Z tread offers an alternative closed riser design. The treads can be covered in almost any floor covering. The stepped appearance of the top of the tread is mimicked underneath, adding to the style of the stair.
The closed riser is great for people who want a more solid look and can also be suitable for commercial applications. As such the Z tread series of stairs can be made in diameters as large as three meters.
