"BUT I DON'T WANT RANDOMS TAKING MY GEAR"

Fair.. Here's what actually happens before anyone touches it.

Every hirer is verified before an access code even exists. Licence checked against the issuer, face matched to the licence photo. No verified ID, no code, and it's not a warning someone has to notice.

Forced photos at pickup and at return, locked so they can't be edited later. GPS on the unit. Smart lock instead of a key under a rock.

That's the bit that took us two years to build, and it's the bit you get for free.

Bit of news. From Friday 28 August, Slacks Creek Trailer Hire becomes TrailerMates.
Same yard at Collins St. Same trailers. Same phone number. Same 24/7 self-serve hire where you book on your phone and grab it whenever suits.
The only reason we're changing is that we're adding more locations across South East Queensland, and the old name only ever spoke for one suburb.
Any booking you've already made is unaffected. Nothing you need to do
