Cumberland Business Chamber – “the industrial business chamber of Greater Western Sydney” For 30 Years. A not-for-profit, independent, apolitical, member owned and operated organisation formed 30 years ago (1987) in the Smithfield-Wetherill Park region (the largest industrial estate in the Southern Hemisphere). Since then our influence has spread to other industrial sectors across Greater Western
Sydney. We represent businesses of all types and sizes from multinationals to family owned companies. Although we are based at the Wetherill Park Industrial Estate, we are not confined to a certain region – we are relevant and beneficial to industrial businesses and their supply networks across all of Greater Western Sydney. Do you own or work for an industrial business or a company which supplies goods and services to the industrial sector? It might be in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, transportation, tool making, plastic injection moulding or industrial design? Or a supplier of CAD software, forklifts, sheet metal, lubricants, machine cutters, bolts and fasteners, compressors, chemicals or trucks? Or a provider of financial planning, human resources, training, vehicle repairs, hardware, WHS advice, travel, banking or industrial law? We provide opportunities for company owners and key decision makers to meet and encourage each other, discuss ideas, receive new business building knowledge, source new suppliers and customers, and provide feedback on challenges they are facing which the Chamber can then present to government or industry associations on their behalf. We are strong advocates for “Support Australian Industry. Buy Australian Products.”
