Located within the Granville Town Centre precinct, the development forms part of the area’s ongoing transition toward higher-density urban living.

With three levels of podium parking, retail frontage and a complex high-rise structure, detailed planning and staged access coordination will be critical as works progress.

Another milestone reached at Kogarah Public School with Stephen Edwards Constructions, as we near topping out the scaffold across this exciting education project.

With the structure now taking shape, our team has been working through staged installations and tight site coordination to keep pace with the build program while maintaining safe access throughout the project.

With the scaffold nearing full height, the project continues to track well, supported by ongoing coordination between site teams and staged access planning.

This project involves the transformation of an existing structure, including the installation of a brand new façade over an older building — bringing together old and new construction in a highly detailed environment. As a result, sequencing has been a key challenge, with our scaffold design and staging needing to align closely with the builder’s programme to ensure continuous access without rework or delays.
Positioned in a tightly held harbourside pocket, the site also presented typical constraints — restricted access, close proximity to neighbouring properties, and the need to maintain a clean, efficient footprint in a high-profile location.

We are almost ready for dismantle!

This project brought its fair share of challenges. A highly detailed façade required a tailored scaffold design to ensure safe, consistent access without compromising finishes, while tight site constraints demanded careful staging, logistics planning, and coordination with all trades on site. In a restricted footprint like this, there’s no room for inefficiency — every lift, load, and adjustment had to be right the first time.

Through strong collaboration with the builder and project team, we’ve been able to keep the programme moving while maintaining the level of presentation and safety expected on a development of this calibre.
