This multi-residential development is taking shape as an 8-storey building comprising more than 40 apartments, with three basement levels and a mix of residential and communal spaces.

The project presents a number of demanding site conditions, including tight neighbouring boundaries, existing services and a constrained urban environment. Careful coordination of access and scaffold systems has been critical as construction progresses across multiple levels.

Edinglassie Stage 2 has now reached full height, marking another significant milestone for this major redevelopment by Growthbuilt.

The project is transforming the existing site, replacing outdated 1970s Independent Living Units with 147 new residences across five buildings, alongside a new clubhouse, basement parking and broader environmental upgrades.

Working within a live environment, directly adjacent to an operational aged care facility, has required careful planning and coordination throughout the build. Maintaining resident safety, continuous access and uninterrupted operations has remained a key consideration across every stage.

Our scaffold has supported the project through its construction phase, providing safe and efficient access across the five buildings. With the structure now at full height, dismantling will commence shortly as the project moves toward completion.

Finlay House is a boutique luxury apartment development bringing a considered architectural design to one of Sydney’s most established Upper North Shore suburbs.

Our team has now based out the scaffold across the project, working through a steep and challenging site with significant level changes and tight access conditions. Careful planning and installation have been critical to establish a safe, practical access solution around the building footprint.

With its high-end residential offering, detailed architectural form and landscaped setting, Finlay House is set to make a strong addition to the Turramurra streetscape.

McQuoin Park Stage 3 is progressing well in Wahroonga, with the first tower now topped out and the final tower fast approaching.

The final phase of Catholic Healthcare’s master-planned retirement village at 35 Pacific Highway, Stage 3 will deliver 79 independent living apartments across two low-rise buildings, alongside enhanced communal spaces and improved access to natural light.

AVA is progressing well at 52–56 Ramsay Road, Five Dock, where the Five Star Scaffolding team is delivering the scaffold and access solutions in support of k2property

Constructed on a zero boundary lot, the project presented several access challenges from the outset. With tight site constraints and the requirement for B Class hoardings to maintain safe pedestrian access, our team carefully planned and coordinated the scaffold installation to maximise usable work areas while meeting the project's safety and compliance requirements.

By tailoring our scaffold design to the site's unique conditions, we've provided safe, efficient access that will continue to support construction as AVA progresses.

Our team is nearing the top of the scaffold at the Oran Park Residential project, supporting the construction of this multi-storey development being delivered by allianceprojectgroup.

In addition to the perimeter access scaffold, we've designed and installed complex structural formwork scaffold to support the construction of cantilevered slabs throughout the project. The evolving structural requirements and staged installation have required careful planning and close coordination with the site team to keep works progressing safely and efficiently.
