About the Role:
You will be working as a Factory Hand, assisting with various processes critical to our production.
Key Duties Include:
Manual Handling: Must be physically fit and willing to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive movement.
Cutting & Bending: Operating and assisting with machinery used for cutting and bending materials.
Basic Fabrication: Performing light spot welding (experience preferred, but training can be provided for the right person!).
Essential Requirements:
✅ Physical Fitness: Must be genuinely fit and capable of demanding physical work.
✅ Reliability: Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
✅ Own Transport: Must have reliable transportation to and from our Stapylton factory.
✅ Willingness to Learn: Be prepared to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
