‼️CLOSED ALL DAY WEDNESDAY JULY 16‼️

Hi all,
Unfortunately we won't be open this coming Wednesday. Since my major jaw surgery in November, I've had some complications with the plates that were holding my jaw together whilst it healed. They have finally got an opening to take the plates out, and being the only one left here in NSW, there won't be anyone to watch the shop.
I apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience caused. This is just simply something I can't put off.

Following on my previous post, I feel this is the ideal time to let you know, we will be CLOSED for 3 days from Tuesday 22nd April to Thursday 24th April, unfortunately I have a family funeral up north to attend.
However, because of this, I will be OPEN Easter Monday 21st April, normal hours 9am-5pm.

I apologise for the very long delay on this post, but here we are, finally. Our new opening hours.
I have been very lenient the past few weeks, mainly due to my failure to post this sooner. However, I will have to start really enforcing these hours over the coming weeks, as my work load just keeps growing and growing.

Shampooch Pet Grooming Greenway & A Caring Touch Dog Grooming in Holt are both drop off locations, if you can't make it to the shop. Just be sure to pop your name and number on any equipment that is dropped at these locations.

Big changes are coming to CBS!!
I (Anita) have been offered an opportunity in QLD, where we've been wanting to move for a long time, and it's happening much sooner than I anticipated....
Kyra is going to have to man the shop alone from the second week of March. As such, we are going to have to reduce the stock we carry and reduce the amount of time she has to spend on the phone, and serving walk-in customers. The most likely way we will manage this is to have designated times or days for drop offs, shopping, and pick up.
We'll no longer be able to offer onsite repairs at all. Kyra will be able to service clippers and dryers still, and she already does all the Sharpening so that won't change.
I will update everyone as we work out how it's going to work best.
This means we are going to have a sale on all current stock except the blades and scissors, which we will still carry a full range of.

To all our valued customers.
Kyra has just been booked in for a LONG awaited surgery, it’s been 12 years in the making…
We will be closed on Monday 25th, Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th of November while I take her to Sydney for her final cleft palate repair surgery!!
This also means that she will be taking 6 weeks off for her recovery, so if you are going to need scissors or pet grooming blades sharpened before Christmas, please get them in to us ASAP!!
I will still be able to do flat blades (barber blades, large animal blades, 5 in 1 blades), knives, gardening tools etc. up until December 20th when we close for our Christmas break.
Kyra will be back and full of beans from January 6th 2025.

Does anyone know of someone looking for a new cat?
I've taken in a young, purebred ragdoll, desexed male, who couldn't go with his young owner when she left town fairly suddenly.
He's a very sweet cat; super affectionate, he loves my 8 year old daughter, litter trained etc. but he's struggling to learn how to be around other cats.
I'll double check his date of birth this evening when I get home, but from memory he'd be around 18 months old.
He's an inside cat, and that may be adding to his unhappiness with me as we've got an outside run that he really does not like visiting for bathroom breaks...
If you know of someone who might like to come and meet him please get in touch.
