📣 WE’RE HIRING – STORES PERSON

Manning River Steel Supplies is looking for a full time reliable and hardworking Stores Person to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working in our steel yard and warehouse. Your duties will include:

•Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
•Loading steel for customers
•Cutting steel to customer requirements
•Picking and preparing orders
•Lifting and handling steel products
•Receiving and putting away stock
•Keeping the yard and work areas tidy and safe
•Providing friendly service to customers

We’re looking for someone who:

•Holds a current forklift licence
•Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
•Can work well independently and as part of a team
•Is friendly and confident dealing with customers

Previous experience in a stores role would be an advantage, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
