FULL-TIME ESTIMATOR WANTED
Due to a continued high volume of upcoming work, we are seeking a Full-Time Estimator to join our Pre-fabrication Office.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
* Proven Ability with Construction Software, to produce Job Estimates from incoming emails and Clients dropping off plans to the office
* A High Level of Accuracy and Detail
* Effective Communication with all Stakeholders, including Customers, new Clients and Staff Members
* The Ability to maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing and new clientele
The Applicant must have:
* A Strong Work Ethic
* The Ability to follow Company Procedures
* A Queensland Driver's License
* Previous Experience within the Building Industry is preferable
* Competent PC Skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
* The Ability to produce Customer Estimates with a High Degree of Accuracy
* Be Willing to offer other Ad-hoc Support, as instructed by Pre-fabrication Office Management.
FULL TIME WILL BE PROVIDED
