Anysort β A Story of Service
Last October, at a hazelnut forum, we met an old gentleman. He was kind and warm, and we had a good conversation.
Because of his budget, he did not choose an Anysort machine. Instead, he bought a second-hand chinese color sorter.
In March, one of our customers contacted me. She asked, βCan you help this old man? His machine is not working well, and the manufacture does not want to provide service.β
At Anysort, we believe in kindness. We believe in helping others, like water that supports everything quietly.
So in April, we made a decision β we would help him for free.
When we arrived, we saw the machine. It was not easy. Even though the system was in Chinese, it still took us a full day to adjust the machine. We worked on the light, the gain, and many small details. Slowly, the machine started to work better. The sorting result improved.
The old gentleman was very happy. Later, he gave us very high praise.
Yes, we spent time. Yes, we paid for travel. But we helped him. At least for this season, he can process his hazelnuts and protect his profit.
For us, this is what service means.
Let us pass kindness forward.
