Wrong Wednesday: Are you a foreman responsible for coordinating trades? If so, please be aware that a significant number of defects are caused by poor sequencing of work. As you can see in the photo, electrical conduits for external lighting were installed after the completion of the waterproofing system, which was discovered during one of our inspections. The waterproofing contractor had already finished their work on site and did not intend to return. Please be mindful of the importance of proper sequencing to avoid similar issues in the future.
