Delivered for Edith Cowan University at their Joondalup Campus, this project transformed Workshop 75 into a functional Design & Technology facility designed for real-world use from day one.

This wasn’t just a workshop fit-out. It was the careful renewal of an active learning environment, where layout, services and safety all needed to work together.

As part of the continued commitment by the City of Wanneroo to its community, Alldin was recently engaged to renew the area's playground and public open space.

The Aviary Bar refurbishment was a major project, and the final result speaks for itself. Warm timber flooring, layered lighting, detailed bar finishes and a darker, more elevated atmosphere all come together to create a space that feels polished, premium and ready for a crowd.

But behind the look is the real work. Alldin redesigned the bar around flow, service and function, creating smarter zones for staff movement, preparation, storage and POS so the venue doesn’t just look incredible — it works harder during peak trade.

By day, natural light keeps the space bright and open. By night, track lighting, pendants and LED feature lighting shift the entire mood
