Spring is a good time to give your shed a proper once-over.
After months of cooler weather, closed doors and wet conditions, a few small checks can help keep the space working the way it should:
- Open it up regularly and get some airflow through.
- Keep floors and access points clear.
- Check around doors, windows and the roofline for signs of water getting in or damage.
- Clear gutters and downpipes and make sure drainage is doing its job.
- Take stock of what’s actually in the shed and whether the layout still works for how you use it now.

When a standard double garage just won’t cut it, you build one with a bit of extra breathing room. 🛠️
We just handed over the keys to this 6m x 8m x 2.9m setup, finished entirely in Australian made Colorbond Basalt. It’s got that clean, modern look using Monoclad on the walls and a classic Corrugated roof, framed with big square M-Pattern gutters and a matching personal access door.
Behind those twin roller doors is plenty of depth for cars, gear, or a solid workbench.
We also fitted a roof whirlybird and lined the roof with 55mm Earthwool Blanket Insulation, so working inside during a scorching Aussie summer stays comfortable.

When your club grounds need a serious storage upgrade, you build it to look this good! 🌿

We recently wrapped up this neat little single garage for the legends at the EDSACC Croquet Club, giving them a rock-solid new home to keep all their lawn care gear, mowers, and tools locked away safe.

We went with a clean, light-reflecting Shale Grey Monoclad profile for the walls, paired with a classic corrugated roof. To give it that modern edge, we framed it all up with deep Monument trims, a matching personal access door, and a smooth roller door.

For extra peace of mind, we also fitted a heavy-duty diamond mesh barrier screen over the side window to keep all that club equipment completely secure. Built tough using 100% Australian made Colorbond Steel, it’s built to handle whatever the Central Coast weather throws at it while keeping the green looking pristine.

Now this is how you turn a backyard into absolute paradise! 🛠️🚗

If you've been dropping subtle hints about needing a proper setup for your pride and joy, take notes. This massive 9.35m x 6.5m x 3.75m workshop build is every car enthusiast's dream come true.

We built this beauty with serious vertical clearance—a generous 3.75m wall height and 4.7m apex — specifically designed to house a full car hoist. No more crawling around on the cold concrete!

We’ve also fitted a motor on the main roller door for effortless access, plus a clever rear roller door to catch that sweet cross-breeze while working on the latest project (and to make backyard access a total breeze).

Clad entirely in corrugated walls and roofing, this project is wrapped in deep, modern Basalt all over.

To keep things comfortable during those long weekend wrenching sessions, we finished it off with full roof insulation to beat the summer heat.

Built tough with genuine Australian made Colorbond Steel, this setup is built to handle anything you throw at it.
