It is with great sadness that we share the passing of a very special person who was once a valued part of the JDT Building team.
He came into our lives as an employee, but over the years he became so much more than that. He became a friend, a trusted part of our team, and someone who meant a great deal not only to JDT, but to our family personally.
He was diagnosed with a brain tumour early this year and fought a very difficult battle. Sadly, he has now passed away.
We wanted to share the news with our past and present JDT team, as we know there are many of you who worked alongside him, shared plenty of laughs, memories and good times with him, and who will feel this loss too.
Some people leave a mark on a workplace, while others leave a mark on the people around them. He certainly did both.
From all of us at JDT Building, and from our family, we extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. Our thoughts are with them during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for being part of the JDT family. You will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Time to hang the gloves up ♥️🥊

🎉 We’re back! 🎉

Please bear with us while we finish restocking. There’s also still a few bits and pieces to tidy up and finish, but we’re excited to be welcoming everyone back.

You’ll notice our new lower-profile cabinets, which give us much better visibility so we can see and serve you more efficiently.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped get us back up and running so quickly:

* JDT Building and Construction for coming at such short notice to repair our floor.

We really appreciate your hard work and support.

We also have some exciting projects in the pipeline, including:
✨ A new accessibility ramp to assist those with limited mobility and provide an additional exit.
✨ Extended outdoor seating area.
✨ An express bread window for our locals (and travellers if that’s all you’re after 😊)

We’ll also be trialling some delicious new offerings soon, including fresh wraps, salads, yoghurt and fruit salads.
