BATTERY-POWERED CART MOVER

Movicart is a compact and handy system designed to safely push or pull your existing carts – both on wheels and rails – without any effort from the operator.

Thanks to its mechanical system and the different cart gripper configurations, it is possible to move carts of different sizes and with different heights and weights, improving safety in the plant, but also saving time for other activities, thus increasing productivity.

Handy and heavy-duty, it is able to move carts up to 5 tons (11000 lb). It is a convenient alternative to forklifts or transpallets as it can be used without a license and can operate in narrow spaces where forklifts are not allowed.

HANDLING OF PAPER ROLLS
Roll pushers specifically designed to safely move paper rolls

Renova’s Moviroll roll pusher allows the operator to effortlessly and safely manoeuvre both large and small paper rolls on a flat surface, even near the production line where forklifts cannot operate. As it allows agile handling of reels it saves time for other activities, thus improving the productivity in the plant.

Being specifically designed for the paper and paperboard industry, it can move reels up to 20 tons and with a diameter of 2.1 meters or place them on a shuttle cart without any effort by the worker.

It is a safety measure that eliminates possible injuries caused by manual pushing, in accordance with the technical standard ISO 11228 “Ergonomics – Manual handling” part 2 “Pushing and pulling”.
