BILDA cladding fixing system has been invented and developed on the basis of Stoa Group’s (www.stoa.net), 30-year experience in complex envelope design, production, and installation international experience. The rapidest so far to install due to patented quick snap connections; low -cost due to optimisation of every single component; universal - fixes any cladding material. Attachment of panels is done by Bilda’s narrow local precision slots that spare the thickness of panels so thinner than usual panels are used. The system comprises a full set of profiles, supporting and holding elements, and interface connectors. Preassembly of structures in our factory allows unprecedented and unexpected opportunities for speed, achievement of various features on the building. Following are a few indicator numbers showing the advantages of BILDA System:
• 15-30% savings on cladding materials
• 30% savings on construction materials
• 50% less installation time
• 6-7 times fewer contact points with the primary structure
• 15-20% reduced maintenance expenses
• 10% less time for cladding material processing
BILDA system and technology has been attributed patents, certificates, and rewards including the Seal of Excellence by the European Commission. For more and detailed info please visit our web site: www.bilda.net.
