The BruGPS’ In Vehicle Monitoring System is a web-based solution that helps to ease up the managing of an organizations' or companies' transportation fleet and assets. It is a web application designed for users from both computer proficient and less computer literate to be able to lay one’s hands on without the needs of training. From our GPS based tracking component, we combine the received data to our IVMS to cover not only real time tracking but to also include other aspects of Fleet Management such as the vehicle status and maintenance scheduling, driver/operator profile, driver behaviour management, fuel management, speed monitoring, safety and security of the whole fleet and its operations. The system's function can manage fleets of vehicles ranging from commercial cars to heavy duty trucks, machinery, vessels or valuable assets such as containers. The primary aim of deploying this IVMS is to reduce the cost of manually managing and looking after the fleet. With relevant data already available through our system, Fleet Managers and owners can make informed decisions with regards to their vehicle’s usage.
