Do you know what BEO (British English Olympics) is? 🇬🇧
It’s one of the most challenging international academic competitions in the world. Students are tested in debate, improvisation, public speaking, case studies, and technology — all in English, all for real.

Our 7th and 8th graders prepared for nearly a year. And the result?
🥇 BEO 2026 CHAMPIONS — beating 43 schools from different countries.

This trophy represents years of building communication, autonomy, and critical thinking. Skills that, here, are developed from the very first years.

Nossos alunos dos 7º e 8º anos se prepararam por quase um ano. E o resultado?

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Coree International School team, from Joinville, for a meaningful moment of exchange, dialogue, and connection between schools that share an educational vision aligned with the principles of the IB.

Moments like these reinforce the value of dialogue between institutions that continuously invest in pedagogical reflection, institutional growth, and meaningful learning experiences.

It was truly inspiring to open the doors of PlayPen while also learning from educators who, in their daily practice, foster an international education grounded in inquiry, student agency, and the holistic development of learners.

Hoje tivemos a alegria de receber a equipe da Coree International School, de Joinville, para um momento de troca, escuta e conexão entre escolas que compartilham uma visão educacional alinhada aos princípios do IB.

PlayPen has been crowned champion of the British English Olympics — the largest and most prestigious British academic competition among schools worldwide.

Among more than 40 schools from around the world, our students — the youngest team in the competition — stood out with confidence, collaboration, and extraordinary communication.
