Levelling up our safety game and having a blast while doing it! 🚀👷‍♀️

Yesterday, the Bempro Global Group team got together in the Chelsea lunchroom to celebrate Safety Week! 🎉

We treated our amazing crew to a delicious lunch, got a little competitive with some fun safety quizzes and games, and handed out some prizes! 🎁 We also gave a special shoutout to the team members who went above and beyond by acing the safety inspections for their work areas. Way to lead by example! 👏

Special thanks to our Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) members and Culture Crew for guiding the way. At Bempro, every choice counts. We work safe so we can go home safe. 💚

We are incredibly proud to support Team 16610A Snacky Cakes! 🤖🏆

This amazing team just returned from the VEX World Championships in St. Louis where they placed 2nd in the World Finals. They are the first Canadian team to make it this far in a decade! 🇨🇦

Not only did they win the Innovate Division, but they also took home the Create Award. Their legendary yellow bot design set the standard globally for the entire 12-month season.

Happy Earth Day! 🌱☀️

To celebrate today, the teams from Bempro, BMP Metals, CableTalk, and ClimateWorx got a head start yesterday with a hands-on afternoon of giving back. We kicked things off with a fantastic team lunch before getting outside to pick up trash, work on some local beautification, and take a group walk to appreciate the outdoors together.

A huge shoutout to our amazing staff for their hard work and for always being willing to get their hands a little dirty to keep our community beautiful. Check out some of our favourite moments from the festivities! 📸💚

On December 11, 2025, we welcomed SHSM students from École secondaire catholique Ste-Famille to our facility. The visit provided an overview of our manufacturing environment and the type of work carried out across our operations. Students had the opportunity to observe how different functions come together within a working factory.

The tours were led by Gordon Nicholls, Hemant Padhiar, and Morgan Goodridge, who guided students through various areas of the facility. They explained our processes across design, engineering, production, and quality control at all our companies. The walkthrough allowed students to see how structured workflows and standards are applied in practice in different aspects of production.

We appreciate the opportunity to host students and support experiential learning initiatives. Thank you to École secondaire catholique Ste-Famille for visiting us and coordinating the tour. We look forward to continuing to engage with schools through similar visits.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Humberview Secondary School to our factory for an immersive look at what we do. Their visit was part of a learning initiative focused on manufacturing, technology, and real world career pathways. The students toured our facility, asked thoughtful questions, and showed genuine curiosity about the work that happens behind the scenes every day.

Our team had a fantastic time showing students around, with Hemant Padhiar, Morgan Goodridge, and Gordon Nicholls leading the way, supported by Sujeevan Jegatheeswaran. From design and engineering to production and quality control, they shared insights into every step of our process. It was inspiring to see how engaged the students were as they discovered the skills and innovation that drive modern manufacturing. Visits like these highlight the importance of connecting industry with education to help students explore future opportunities.

We are proud to support the next generation of talent and provide learning experiences that go beyond the classroom. Thank you to Humberview Secondary School for spending the day with us and for your interest in our work. We look forward to more opportunities to partner with schools and inspire future careers in our field.

Today, the team at Bempro came together to celebrate Halloween with creativity, laughter, and some seriously impressive costumes. With several participants showing off their spooky, funny, and clever sides, it was a tough competition, but we had some standout winners!

It was all blue at Bempro this week! Our team came together for a spirited lunch to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays at the World Series and celebrate a bit of Canadian baseball pride. The afternoon was filled with energy, laughter, and plenty of fan enthusiasm as we showed our support for the home team.

The menu brought a taste of the ballpark to Bempro with cotton candy, hotdogs, pizza, cookies, and popcorn. From start to finish, it felt like game day at the office. To add to the fun, we hosted a raffle for Blue Jays merch, which had everyone eagerly waiting for their names to be called.

Each team member also received a special souvenir to take home. It was a small token of appreciation that captured the spirit of the day and the sense of teamwork that drives Bempro forward.

Whether on the factory floor or in the stands, it is teamwork and passion that bring success. Go Toronto Blue Jays! 💙⚾
