Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Birchcliff Developments at our facility. As a leading multifamily and commercial construction company, they flew in to meet our team, tour our facility, and see GS Panels in action at a local job site.

It was a great opportunity to showcase the efficiency, quality, and innovation that GS Panels bring to the construction process. Seeing the panels in use firsthand sparked some great conversations about how we can help streamline their upcoming projects.

We also want to recognize the Birchcliff team for their commitment to ensuring success with our product. During their visit, they dedicated significant time to hands-on training and learning, reinforcing a true partnership approach and a shared focus on getting the best possible results on their projects.

Unlike traditional lumber, our panels won't be affected by moisture, ensuring a durable, long-lasting structure. GS Panels are as effective, or even more effective, than conventional materials in high-wind conditions. Steel connector plates and screws secure panels to steel framing, offering a stronger hold than nails in wood. For example, during a hurricane in the Bahamas in 2019, the builder on-site reported only minimal damage occurring despite the strong winds.

Builders are making the switch to Cold Formed Steel, and it's easy to see why.
