We’re proud to support the ongoing improvements at Starved Rock State Park 🌲

Sharing this update from Starved Rock State Park as work continues on trail, bridge, and stairway enhancements across the park. Pine River Group is honored to be supplying treated lumber to multiple locations as part of this important project.

With a multi-million dollar investment from the State of Illinois, these upgrades will help improve accessibility, safety, and the overall visitor experience for years to come.

As we approach dock and waterfront build season, the conversation isn’t just about price. It’s about:

This Veterans Day, as we reflect on the freedoms and rights our veterans have sacrificed for, we’re proud to highlight the Freedom River boardwalk project.

Freedom River is a recreation center dedicated to supporting the reintegration of U.S. service members, veterans, and their families. Their recent expansion includes a new ADA-compliant ramp leading to the Huron River — featuring MoistureShield Decking and materials supplied by Pine River Group.

At first glance, a roadside sign post might seem simple — just a piece of wood holding up directions, warnings, and information. But at Pine River Group, we know there’s a lot more behind every post we supply.
