Our latest quarterly meeting just took place, and it gave us the opportunity to recognize someone for his quality work and creativity.

We are pleased to present the Q3 Duct Tape Award to Michal Majkowski, Senior Designer and Project Coordinator. This past quarter, Michal brought together multiple design concepts and solidified them into the new Sun Creek Barndominium—a customizable floor plan that combines barn and living space. The result has given our sales team a strong new concept to bring to conversations and better support our clients’ vision.
Creative work that moves the company forward deserves recognition. Well done, Michal. 👏​

These trusses are destined for the top of a turret — and before they ship, each piece comes together on our shop floor first. The king post at the centre features a mortise on each of its faces, receiving the top- and bottom-chord members precisely as designed.

Construction update from Revelstoke, BC.

This ~10,000 sq. ft. residence showcases what a hybrid timber-and-steel approach can achieve. The custom metal components throughout this home are not purely structural, they are a deliberate part of the design language, contributing to the aesthetic of the space as much as to its integrity.

When timber and steel are detailed to work together from the start, the result is a structure where the two materials complement rather than compete.
