With the Labour Day weekend already halfway behind us, we want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to our incredible staff for the superb service they provide to our customers day in and day out. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to the Home Team never go unnoticed. ❤️

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to our valued customers for your continued support. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you and our community.

And a special thank you this Labour Day weekend goes out to Mr. Clarence James.

Clarence started working at just 16 years old and has continued working in the building supply industry ever since — an incredible journey spanning decades, with most of those years proudly spent as a member of the Home Team.

A little while back, one of our customers gave us an old apron that had belonged to Clarence’s father’s first store. Knowing the history and meaning behind it, we wanted to do something special with it.

So, we had the apron plaque-mounted as a memento for Clarence — a small way of recognizing an incredible career, a lifetime of hard work, and the legacy of a family that has been part of the building supply business for generations.

Clarence, thank you for your many years of dedication, hard work, and service. We are proud to have you as part of our Home Team. 🏠❤️

The 3rd Annual Exploits Home Hardware Rally in the Valley Car Show was an absolute success! From the stunning vehicles to the incredible energy throughout the event, we couldn’t have asked for a better day. 🏁

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, showed their support and helped make this event unforgettable. Your enthusiasm, passion and love for the car community are what make Rally in the Valley so special. ❤️

A massive thank you to all of our amazing vendors and every single sponsor — big and small. Your support helps bring this event to life, and we appreciate you more than words can say!

And to the car community: WOW! You showed up in a big way and helped make this year’s event bigger, better and more exciting than ever. The turnout was incredible, and watching this community continue to grow is truly inspiring. 🏆

Another incredible Wings & Washers Tournament is in the books! 🎉

On behalf of Exploits Home Hardware Building Centre, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Bishop’s Falls RiverFest Committee for all of the hard work and dedication that goes into making this event such a success year after year. We are proud to be the title sponsor of this fantastic tournament and to support an event that brings our community together.

Thank you to every team and player who came out to compete. Your sportsmanship, friendly competition, and enthusiasm are what make this tournament such a great tradition.

☀️ Staff Appreciation Day 2026 ☀️

What an amazing day! Our annual Staff Appreciation Washers Tournament.

It was a great opportunity to step away from work, enjoy some friendly competition, share some laughs, and spend time together outside the store. Days like this remind us that it’s the people who make our team so special.

A big congratulations to all of our tournament winners, and thank you to everyone who came out and made the day such a memorable one.
